Fitting Out Your Vest
- Security Velcro patches for vests attach to the same hook-and-loop panel used on Armasure carriers, so front or back patches go on with no stitching. Blank or custom-embroidered options are available for a role, company name, or callsign. Contact us to arrange one.
- A camera chest mount or body cam holder can be attached to Armasure security vests. It does need to be sewn on, which can be done by us. Our AS23WB(M) and AS23WB(LM) products have it pre-installed.
- Choose our accessories backed with rugged, washable materials rather than a cheap imitation. Patches and camera mounts take the same daily wear as the vest itself.
Accessories FAQs
Will a Velcro security patch or camera mount fit my Armasure vest?
We supply security vest patches AU-wide, and most standard hook-and-loop or MOLLE carriers will also accept them, though be mindful that panel and strap sizing varies. As stated above, camera mounts will need to be sewn on. Let us know in your order notes if this is something you’d like done, otherwise our AS23WB(M) and AS23WB(LM) products have it pre-installed.
Can I get a custom-printed or embroidered patch?
Yes. Blank patches are available off the shelf, and we produce custom embroidery for a company name, role or callsign. Contact us with your requirements, and we'll confirm pricing and turnaround.
How long do security patches last with daily use?
Patches are built for the same daily wear as the vest they're fitted to. Hook-and-loop backing outlasts iron-on or adhesive alternatives, though it's worth checking the attachment point periodically as part of your normal care routine.
